***All players trying out for the 2025-26 team will be required to pay for all expenses per the deadlines. This is the only way to pay for the trip expenses which are due months before the tryouts. The booster club will explain an established banner fundraiser that we have done to offset and/or pay for the full trip. Any personal checks submitted for trip deposits will be reimbursed in a timely manner at the conclusion of the tryout process if a player is not selected for the varsity team. Venmo is the preferred method of collection so that funds can be reimbursed quickly. If you foresee any financial problems with fundraising or paying for the trip please let me know so that we can discuss this prior to the payment deadlines.
